
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — For the seventh consecutive year, the Thanksgiving Food Drive with churches from across Hutchinson called “We’ll Leave Our Lights On.” was a large success, getting the Reno County Food Bank 7,325 pounds of food.
Sanctuary lights were able to shine in 20 Hutchinson churches on Wednesday, Nov. 20 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

5. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints

7. Faith United Methodist

11. First United Methodist
12. Grace Episcopal
13. Holy Cross Catholic Church
14. Journey Mennonite
15. Macedonia Baptist
16. New Covenant Presbyterian
17. Park Place Christian
18. Plainville Mennonite
19. Tenth Avenue United Methodist
20. Trinity United Methodist
The churches collected nonperishable foods such as rice, pasta, canned soups, vegetables, fruits, peanut butter, cereals, and pancake mix.
