RENO COUNTY —Three people were injured in an accident just after 9a.m. Monday in Reno County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2012 Toyota Tacoma driven by Jananna Lawson, 62, Hutchinson, was southbound on Buhler Road at U.S. 50. The driver failed to stop at the stop sign. A westbound 2012 Honda Odyssey driven by Jasmin Valle, 38, Newton, and the Toyota were involved in a t-bone collision in the intersection.
EMS transported Lawson to Wesley Medical Center. EMS also transported Valle and a 7-year-old passenger in the Honda to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. All three were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
