Starting Monday, June 15, at approximately 7:00 a.m., the railroad crossing on the east side of the 4th Avenue &amp; Halstead Street intersection will undergo maintenance work.

The project is expected to take 2–3 days to complete and will require the closure of the eastbound lane at the crossing.

Eastbound Detour: City of Hutchinson crews will have a signed detour in place directing traffic north from the affected intersection to 11th Ave, east to Airport Road, and then south until vehicles reconnect with 4th Ave.

Westbound traffic will not be affected and will continue through the area as normal.

Railroad repair to cause lane closure beginning Monday
