Hutchinson Police Department
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — According to a release from Hutchinson police, two people have been arrested after a wireless store at Uptown Hutch was robbed on December 30.
The robbery is said to have taken place just before 5 p.m. on that Monday afternoon. A male entered the store, brandished a dark colored handgun at the store clerk, and then demanded money and various electronic items. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken along with several electronic items.
On January 10th, 2025, Detectives with Hutchinson Police Department arrested Zayne M. Bruce, 19-year-old from Hutchinson, for Armed Robbery and Theft. Also arrested was Kaidyn Emmerich, 17-year-old male from Hutchinson, for Armed Robbery and Theft.
