
Ag Secretary Brooke Rollins is pushing for a new five-year farm bill, and she admits that it's going to be difficult.
Only 15-to-18% of the total cost of the farm bill is actually farm related. It will take 60 votes to get it passed in the Senate, and to get to that number, all Republicans and 13 Democrats will have to vote yes.
There have been two extensions, and this last one expires in September.
