RENO COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just after 3 p.m. Sunday in Reno County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Yamaha motorcycle driven by 48-year-old Daniel S. Darrow of Wichita was eastbound on K96 just east of Halstead Road when rear tire deflated.
The driver lost control of the motorcycle and it slid off the roadway into the median.
EMS transported Darrow and a passenger 50-year-0ld Kelly J. Darrow, of Wichita to Wesley Medical Center. They were both wearing helmets, according to the KHP.
