
VANCOUVER, British Columbia — The Vancouver Bandits of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) has signed former HutchCC and Baylor standout, Devonte Bandoo, for the remainder of the 2024 season.
Bandoo appeared in 72 games for the Blue Dragons from 2016-18, making 36 starts. He averaged nearly 15 points, five rebounds and 2.5 assists during his time in Hutchinson.
He was a key part in helping the Blue Dragons claim the national championship in 2017, an 84-58 win over Eastern Florida State College. Bandoo scored 22 points off the bench in the title game.
The Brampton, Ontario, Canada native finished his collegiate career at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Bandoo appeared in 64 games for the Bears, starting 10 games. He averaged eight points and three rebounds for BU.
