HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Reno County Emergency Management has reported some minor damage to the National Weather Service from storms Friday evening.
An observer in Sylvia told emergency management that a cargo van box that had been on the ground in that area for a few years blew over in the storm. Also, a 12-inch diameter tree limb broke just north of Sylvia and multiple small limbs are down.
According to the Evergy outage map as of 5:00 a.m. Saturday, there is still a small power outage to the southwest of Pretty Prairie involving under 30 customers.
