HARPER COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 10a.m. Monday in Harper County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2012 Nissan Rogue driven by Cora Christner, 18, Hillsboro, was westbound on K2 Highway just west of NW 20th Avenue.
The Nissan crossed the center line and side-swiped 1990 Peterbilt farm truck driven by Keith Corderman, Anthony. After impact the SUV struck the concrete barrier wall on the bridge.
EMS transported Christner to Wesley Medical Center. Corderman was not transported. Both drivers were not wearing seat belts, according to the KHP.
