HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The need for volunteer mentors in Reno County with Big Brothers Big Sisters is at an all-time high.
According to the agency, over 80 youth in Reno County have asked for a Big and are waiting to be matched.
A few hours each month including youth in your everyday activities is all it takes to make a difference.
An investment of time in a child means that there is someone outside of their home who believes they are worthwhile and possess potential.
There are six Zoom info sessions this month for those interested in becoming a Big. First fill out a volunteer form and then schedule your session.
