Credit Union of America (CUA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Alexis Rhodenbaugh as the new branch manager of its Hutchinson location.
In her new role, Rhodenbaugh will oversee all branch operations, underwrite consumer loans, and ensure the Hutchinson branch meets its organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth goals. She will also lead and develop her team to deliver exceptional member experiences and support CUA’s lending and financial education initiatives throughout the community.
Rhodenbaugh brings over eight years of experience in financial services, along with more than a decade of business ownership and insurance expertise. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Friends University.
“My background has taught me how to lead with clarity and serve members with excellence and help build and grow teams that genuinely enjoy working together,” Rhodenbaugh said. “I love a good challenge and hope to focus on strong growth with a people-first approach.”
Outside of work, Rhodenbaugh enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and staying actively involved in her community. She participates in local organizations including the Cancer Council of Reno County and Buhler USD 313.
