HAVEN, Kan. — The Haven USD 312 School Board will meet in session this evening.
The Board will go over its capital outlay expenditures for the next year. That includes the renovation to the district's auditorium. Plans were to do that work last year but the district was unable to secure bids for the project. No action is expected.
The Board will also discuss whether to bring back wrestling to the sports program. The Board will look over the cost and whether the district can support the program. The matter came before the Board when a group of parents expressed a desire to bring the program back at a previous meeting.
Tonight’s Haven USD 312 School Board meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Haven High School library.
