The Hutchinson City Council is set to meet on Tuesday. The meeting has been moved to start at 4 PM. The city announced the time change was because of the anticipated winter weather.
On the Agenda:
• Approval of a resource request from Prairie Dunes for the 2029 USGA Senior Open
• Update on the Woodie Seat Project
• Development agreement for MIH grant between the City and Meyer Landmark LLC, and a permit fee reduction for the Meyer Landmark project.
• Approval of an agreement with Garver LLC for conceptional design and cost estimate for construction of a new park at the Memorial Hall site.
• Approval of a resolution to condemn the building at 3405 East Fourth Avenue. This allows the owner to bring the building up to code or demolish and clear the structure within 30 days.
