HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Formal charges have been brought against a Hutchinson man who was involved in a domestic disturbance Oct. 1.
Twenty-one-year-old Braxton Allen is charged with two counts of aggravated kidnapping, two counts of aggravated robbery, and two counts of aggravated battery. He’s being held on a bond of $350,000.
Police reported that 24-year-old Sierra Owens of Hutchinson and 22-year-old Ashlee Tingle of Lyons were beaten, restrained and had property damaged and taken from them by a known male identified as Allen.
Allen was picked up by authorities later that morning.
