Beverly (Bev) Ann Seifert, 79 Passed away on Jan. 5, 2021, at Hospice House, Hutchinson, KS., the Daughter of Phillip and Gladys (Howell) Eales.

Beverly graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1959. In trying to meet Stan she ended up falling over the railing at Gowans Stadium in front of him, after dating for two years on Aug. 7, 1960 Beverly married Stanley Howard Seifert at 10th Avenue United Methodist Church in Hutchinson. She was a homemaker, involved with the PTA, room mother, drove on countless number of field trips, helper at the school, Picture chairman, and school carnivals among many activities during and after her children attended Farris Elementary School.

She hosted along with her husband, for over 40 years Christmas Eve celebrations making sure that no one left without baked goods, or stockings with candy. Beverly was a perfect blend of June Cleaver and Rosanne with a quick wit, a strong sense of humor, firm love giving hugs and a strong sense of not judging anyone based on who or where they came from. Her home was always open to anyone, neighborhood children looking for a yard to play in, snack, supper, or to spend the night with her kids or grandkids. Beverly and Stan also opened their home to friends of their children who needed a place to stay for a night or a bit longer. She was a lover of animals especially her four pugs. She was recently baptized by Eastwood Church of Christ.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, brother Clarence Eales, granddaughter Laura Ratley and grandson Tim Weaver.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Stan; Children Diann (Paul) Stropes, David (Brent Showalter) Seifert, Amy Ratley; grandchildren, Jennifer (Michael) Warner, Leah (Simon) Hiebert, Alexis Ratley; Step grandchild Kaitlynn Showalter fiancé Tyler Jenkins, great grandchildren, Wesely, Aiden, and Joel Warner, Macie Mcallister, Olivia Showalter Jenkins, and a sister Barbara Muir as well as many numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be no public visitation or a service as cremation was chosen. A private family and friends gathering will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made in her name to Hospice House, Eastwood Church of Christ and can be sent to Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 300 E. 30th Ave., Hutchinson, KS 67502.
