HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A Hutchinson man was arrested on multiple drug charges after a search warrant was executed Friday just before 6 p.m.
Hutchinson Police say 51-year-old Randall J. Sipes was arrested for possession of Heroin with intent to distribute, possession of Oxycodone with intent to distribute, possession of paraphernalia with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of paraphernalia.
Seized in the arrest were 44 balloons with each balloon containing .5 grams black tar heroin, 14 Oxycodone 30 mg pills, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
