PLEASANT VIEW HOME

INMAN, Kan. — The Pleasant View Home Board of Directors has announced the promotion of Michelle Neufeld to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Neufeld, who currently serves as Administrator of Pleasant View Home, will succeed Kevin Reimer, upon his retirement November 1st.

Neufeld’s promotion provides continuity in leadership for Pleasant View Home as the organization prepares for this transition. Throughout her tenure at Pleasant View from Junior Volunteer to Administrator, she has developed a strong understanding of the organization, its residents and families, its employees, and the community it serves.

As CEO, Neufeld will provide organizational leadership and help guide Pleasant View Home into its next chapter while continuing its commitment to providing quality, person-centered care and creating a place our residents are proud to call home.

The Board of Directors expressed confidence in Neufeld’s ability to lead Pleasant View Home forward and build upon the foundation established under Reimer’s leadership.

Reimer will continue serving as CEO during the transition period before retiring November 1st, 2026. Pleasant View Home is grateful for his years of dedicated leadership and service to the organization, its residents, staff, families, and community. Additional recognition of Reimer and his contributions to Pleasant View Home will be shared closer to his retirement.
