HAREY COUNTY—A Kansas man was injured in an accident just before 2p.m. Saturday in Harvey County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1996 Chevy Astro Van driven by Daniel E. Perez, 69, Parsons, was southbound on Interstate 135 in North Newton.
The van traveled left of center and the driver overcorrected. The driver lost control of the vehicle when it fishtailed and overturned in the roadway.
EMS transported Perez to Wesley Medical Center. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
