MANHATTAN, Kansas – Registration is now open for 2023 K-State Women's Basketball Camps which include Junior High Camp, Elite Camp and Day Camp.
Each camp is run by the K-State Women's Basketball coaching staff, offering instruction to athletes of all levels, and held at Ice Family Basketball Center.
The 2023 Junior High Camp will be a four-day camp from June 19-22 from 11 a.m., to 4 p.m., each day. The cost of the camp is $295 per camper with lunch provided each day. This is not an overnight camp, so campers will need to be dropped off and picked up every day.
Campers will attend a 4-day camp guided by some of the best coaches in the country. This camp is for girls entering 5th - 8th grade who want to focus on fundamentals and applying their skill to competition. Camp includes skill instruction, position work, competitive drills and games.
The 2023 Elite Camp will be held on June 27 for girls entering 9th to 12th grades. The cost per camper is $50. Girls in grades 9th and 10th grade will take part from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., while girls in the 11th and 12th grade will camp from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This camp is for the advanced player who is looking to play basketball at the next level. The K-State coaching staff will put campers through an intense designed practice plan to evaluate talent and provide feedback valuable to playing at the next level. This camp is open to any campers within the grade range.
K-State's 2023 Day Camp, which is open to girls entering kindergarten to fifth grade, will be held July 17-20, from 9 a.m., to 12 p.m., each day. The cost for this camp is $175.
This camp will focus on teaching the basic fundamentals of basketball and teamwork. Camp includes skill instruction, position work, competitive drills, and games. The camp benefits include demonstration, instruction, and personal interaction with current and former K-State players and coaches.
