Janice Kay Turner, 69, of Medicine Lodge, KS, died Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Lakepoint Nursing Home, Wichita, KS. She was born on July 10, 1952 in Medicine Lodge, KS to Harold R. and Clara Etta (Saddler) Miller. On January 12, 1973, she married Alvey Turner Jr. in Medicine Lodge, KS. He preceded her in death on October 30, 2019. Survivors include her children, Corey Turner of Medicine Lodge, KS, Michelle (Michael) Brown of Bel Aire, KS; eight grandchildren, Cody, Brandon, Andrew and Devin Turner and Jessica, Hannah, Dillon, and Jamie Brown; one great-grandchild, Ezra Messer; and a brother, Donald Miller of Lake City, KS. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, two infant twin grandsons, Nathan and Caleb Brown, and a sister, Doris Miller. Visitation will be Sunday, October 24th from 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Larrison Funeral Home, 120 E. Lincoln, Medicine Lodge, KS. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 25th, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Christian Church, Medicine Lodge, KS with Pastor Tom Walters officiating.
