Circles Reno County is proud to recognize Erica LaForce as a recent program graduate whose journey reflects perseverance, growth, and community impact.
During her time in Circles, LaForce achieved several meaningful milestones, including purchasing a home with her significant other and increasing her wages to more than 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. She also strengthened her social connections and community involvement, building a foundation for long-term stability.
LaForce is an active member of the local Master Gardeners program and is known for her selfless spirit, compassion, and ability to lead with kindness and without judgment. She is also a devoted mother to her two daughters, Lila and Violet, who are a beloved part of the Circles community.
