
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The USD 308 Board of Education heard updates from the KidWind team at Hutchinson STEM Magnet @ Allen on Monday.
A team of students traveled to Topeka on Saturday, April 2 to compete in the State KidWind competition after getting second place at regionals last month. At the state competition, the Allen STEM team received 4th place, with the top 3 teams moving on to the national competition.
This is Allen STEM Magnet’s first time competing in the KidWind Challenge.
The next regularly scheduled Board of Education meeting is Monday, April 25, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the USD 308 Administrative Center, 1520 N Plum.
