Four active cases of COVID-19 attributed to Reno County; two recovering in the county

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — As of noon Monday, there are four active cases of COVID-19 among Reno County residents. Two of those are recovering out of state. Two others associated with community spread are currently fulfilling their required quarantine. Forty-six patients have recovered.

Currently Reno County has ran 2,104 tests with 2,055 negatives for a positive case rate of 2.33%. A total of 3.35% of Reno County has been tested thus far.

Please practice good hygiene with frequent hand washing, proper respiratory etiquette such as coughing and sneezing into your elbow bend, limit handshakes and physical contact. Stay home if you are feeling ill and call your primary care physician to discuss your symptoms.
