HUTCHINSON, Kan. — It’s a light agenda for the Reno County Commissioners Tuesday.
The Board will take action on the appointment of Jackson Swearer as the county representative to the South Central Kansas Economic Development District. He replaces Jim Seitnater. The Board will also take time to discuss several maintenance projects for the courthouse.
The building has suffered some light damage due to the seismic activity over the past couple of years. The courthouse also needs windows replaced at a cost of more than $1.5 million.
The Commissioners will also get the weekly reports on the pandemic and pass the consent agenda. Tuesday’s meeting of the Reno County Commission begins at 9 a.m. at the Reno County Courthouse.
