HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Motorists who use Woodie Seat Freeway will have some construction work to deal with this week.
Work crews will be doing maintenance on the overpass Wednesday and Thursday, weather permitting. During the work, the southbound lanes will be closed for chip seal of the roadway. The chip seal will also close off the westbound off-ramp for chip sealing. The northbound lanes of the freeway and the eastbound off-ramp will stay open. Other locations of the freeway will be closed periodically during the work.
All of the freeway should be open by Friday. If you have any questions about this or any other city project, contact Public Works at 694-1900.
