Kan. —&nbsp;Even though COVID-19 has taken SmallvilleCon for 2020, the City of Hutchinson is still doing its annual proclamation as part of its regular agenda for Tuesday. 

SmallvilleCon will return June 19 and 20 of 2021 at the Kansas State Fairgrounds.

Also on the agenda for Tuesday, an appointment of David Abel Sotelo Holguin to the Hutchinson Human Relations Commission, an approval of a contract with the Friends of the Zoo for reimbursement of seasonal rehabilitation assistant expense, an approval of an addendum to a contract with Reno County for RCAT benches in the city through 2024, an approval of the City's 2019 Audit and reports of City officials.

The meeting is Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. at City Hall and can be watched live on the City's YouTube channel.
