LYONS, Kan. — Rice County Treasurer Rita Smith announced that Tuesday is the first day for her office to be available to do driver's license work.
The office will be open by appointment only from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
No CDL's will be issued and no first time driver's license work other than Driver's Ed will be available.
