PRATT COUNTY — One person died in an accident just before 4p.m. Tuesday in Pratt County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Buick Rendezvous driven by Jacob R. Davis, 35, Macksville, was southbound on NE 70th Avenue just North of 90th two miles northwest of Preston.
The vehicle left the roadway to the west, came back onto the roadway, entered the east ditch, struck the embankment and rolled.
Davis was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Larrison Mortuary in Pratt. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
