HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Reno County Sheriff Darrian Campbell posted on Facebook Thursday his condemnation for the actions of the Minneapolis Police in the death of George Floyd.
"My heart goes out to George Floyd's family," Campbell said. "The Reno County Sheriff's Office has a great history of hiring great people to serve within the community and providing top notch training in order to prevent this or any other type of activity which would result in a similar scenario such as this."
"Please do not group the great Deputies serving within our community into this bad category of Law Enforcement."
