HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson USD 308 announced that Cooper Koestel has been awarded the first-ever Ronn Roehm Education Scholarship.
Koestel is the son of HHS Band Director Daryl Koestel and Graber Elementary School Aide Mary Ann Koestel.
The scholarship was started last year as a tribute to Roehm, who retired last year after serving as HHS principal from July 1998 through June 2019.
