Posted May 28, 2020 7:30 PM

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Cosmosphere announced it will have summer space camp again this year.

All summer camps are expected to begin on July 5. All June camps have been canceled. Health and safety measures will be in place during camp and a list of those measures being taken are available at cosmo.org.

The summer camp includes a program that will allow campers to build and test an underwater robot. The program will mimic work done to retrieve artifacts like the Apollo 11 F-1 engines that are currently on display.
