SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Reno County Public Works Department announced Wednesday that Nickerson Boulevard between Roosevelt Street and Harding Street will be closed to all through traffic beginning Thursday until further notice to complete the bridge deck rehabilitation.
The bridge had been closed for two months for a major rehabilitation project before opening again. Now crews must do some touchup work so the road will be closed again. Motorists can take 4th Avenue west to Whiteside and then north back to Nickerson Blvd. to get around the work.
