HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Formal charges have been filed against a Reno County man after his arrest last month on suspicion of sexual exploitation of a child.
Patrick White is charged with six counts of sexual exploitation of a child. White was arrested after deputies with the Reno County Sheriff's Department issued a search warrant on White’s home.
The warrant stemmed from the allegations from a separate law enforcement agency that was made aware of White’s ongoing suspicious activity. The crimes are said to have occurred between October of 2018 and February of 2020. Five of the six counts carry a maximum sentence of nine years in prison while the sixth count carries a maximum sentence of five years.
White is being held on a $140,000 bond.
