RENO COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before midnight Wednesday in Reno County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2010 Toyota Highlander driven by 33-year-old Jonathan David Broyles of Haven, was eastbound on K-96 one-half mile east of Yoder when the vehicle struck a a pedestrian identified as 40-year-old Billy Joe Greene of Hutchinson.
EMS transported Greene to Wesley Medical Center.
Broyles was not injured and properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
