HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Dillons is falling in line with its parent company, Kroger in placing limits on meat purchases.
While the store says they feel good about their ability to maintain a broad assortment of meat and seafood for their customers, slowdowns in production at processing plants mean shoppers will be limited on what they can purchase.
Dillons says there is plenty of beef and pork in the supply chain but said the limits were necessary to ensure all customers continue to have access to these products.
