HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Local domestic violence and sexual assault organization, BrightHouse has received a generous contribution from the American Electric Power Foundation.

The Foundation is the charitable arm of American Electric Power based in Ohio, whose renewable energy division, AEP Renewables, announced it was constructing the Flat Ridge 3 Wind Farm in Kingman and Harper Counties earlier this year. Flat Ridge 3 is a wind farm comprised of 62 wind turbines that will produce 128 megawatts of electricity.

Especially in these strange and difficult times, BrightHouse is grateful to continue to serve the community with the support of organizations like the American Electric Power Foundation.
