HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Public Works will start three different street projects this week. Starting Tuesday, the mill and overlay project on East 4th Avenue between Fontron and Airport Road will begin. Crews will be patching problem areas before doing a mill and overlay of the street.&nbsp;

Also Tuesday, work will begin on Plum Street between Carey Park and Avenue E. Milling of the surface will begin at that time and a pilot car will be used to control traffic.&nbsp;

Finally, work will begin on East Avenue G between Plum and K-61 either Wednesday or Thursday. Crews will be milling that area and a pilot car will be used. Motorists can expect some delays in these three areas while work is in progress.
