USD 308 to honor those who will retire this year

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — With the 2019-20 school year nearing an end, Hutchinson Public Schools will say goodbye to 22 staff members who have announced their retirements. Those 22 educators have more than 600 years of combined experience in the district.

Because of the pandemic, the district won’t be able to have the annual Retirement Reception. So the district is launching something new called a card shower and they're looking for your help.

The district is asking that if you see a colleague, friend, teacher, or another staff member on the list, take time to pick up a retirement card. The district asks that you have the cards mailed to them by May 15th.
