MEDORA, Kan. — One person was injured in a single-vehicle accident in rural Reno County Wednesday afternoon.
The Reno County Sheriff's Department reports that Steven Gelvin was going south in the 8800 block of North Lorraine when he lost control of the truck he was driving. The vehicle entered the west ditch, then overturned.
Gelvin was taken by EMS to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center complaining of neck and knee pain. A passenger in the vehicle, Aaron Nuwson, was not injured.
The accident happened just after 3 p.m. three miles west of Medora.
