N. Jeanne “Tiny” Goins DeAllen- Hartsfield was born September 18, 1934 in Alameda/Pocatello, Idaho to Edward and Ethel Goins.
Jeanne attended Pocatello S.D.A School, Franklin Junior High, Pocatello HS, Union College, and Western American University. In 1956, Jeanne became an R.N., 1962 she taught Nursing Assistants, 1995 she graduated with a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology. Working with incest survivors was her final work. She retired in 2006. Jeanne was a member of Maranatha SDA church in California.
Jeanne was preceded by her husband Arnett Hartsfield and is survived by her daughter Sharyna (Ron Reece), her sister, stepchildren, grandchildren/great-grandchildren, Godchildren, nieces/nephews, extended family.
