HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Public Works announced that motorists who use East 4th Avenue will see some delays because of road work.
APAC Shears will be doing a mill and overlay for the street from Fontron Street to Airport Road. The work will result is some lane closings throughout the project. The work is part of the city’s overall street maintenance work for the year.
