* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Central and South Central Kansas.
* WHEN...From Sunday morning through late Sunday night. North winds will quickly develop from west to east on Sunday as a cold front moves through.
* IMPACTS...Scattered tree and power line damage possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strong winds may be accompanied by a wintry mix along the I-70 corridor, causing periods of reduced visibility.
