PLEVNA, Kan. — The Reno County Sheriff's Department is releasing more information regarding a body that was found in a burned-out vehicle near Plevna on Friday.
It was just after 1 p.m. when deputies were dispatched to the 10,000 block of South Avery Road, two miles south of Plevna, for a possible burned vehicle with a body inside.
