BUHLER, Kan. — Mrs. Cindy Couchman will be interviewing for the position of superintendent with the Buhler USD 313 board of education the afternoon of March 26, 2020.
Couchman is the third of three candidates that the USD 313 Buhler board of education will be interviewing. Candidates were selected for interviews based on their fit with desired characteristics that were developed with input from focus groups that were utilized throughout the search process.
Couchman is currently serving as the assistant superintendent of schools in USD 313. She is in her sixth year in that position. Previously, Mrs. Couchman taught mathematics at Buhler High School for 19 years.
Couchman will meet with the Board at 3:00 pm for her formal interview, conducted in executive session.
The board of education will conclude interviews on March 26, 2020. They will then determine which candidate is the best fit for the superintendent position in USD 313 Buhler Public Schools.
