HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Based upon recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the City of Hutchinson is implementing community-based interventions like social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19, commonly referred to as coronavirus.
The City is encouraging water utility customers to use the following services to pay utility bills:
Visit water waterbill.hutchgov.com to pay your bill online. For help in setting up online bill pay, please visit www.hutchgov.com. Customers can call 620-694-2621 to pay by phone
Those who prefer paying with a check can use the dropbox on the south side of City Hall, 125 East Ave B, or mail their payment to the same address. To talk with a customer service representative, call 620-694-2621 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
