HUTCHINSON, Kan. — If you are looking for “Good Vibes” on a Friday night, you’ll find them at the Kansas State Fair in September.
Breakout country star Chris Janson is bringing his “Real Friends” tour to the Nex-Tech Wireless Grandstand on Friday, Sept. 18. The high-octane entertainer and composer is known for songs “Buy Me a Boat,” “Drunk Girl” and “Good Vibes.”
Tickets go on sale at 8 a.m. Friday, March 20. The Fair’s ticket office will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. that day to accommodate walk-in traffic and phone calls. Fans can snag tickets two days earlier, on Wednesday, March 18, by signing up for the Fair’s email list at kansasstatefair.com.
Ticket prices are $25 to $65, which includes gate admission to the Fair if purchased by Aug. 15.
“Chris Janson is a spirited performer who continues to rise in popularity with every song he releases,” said General Manager Robin Jennison. “He’s an entertainer in every sense of the word. His concert starts of an exciting last weekend of grandstand entertainment, which also features Nelly and Darci Lynne Farmer.”
