HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Public Schools along with Trinity Catholic and Central Christian and Fairfield will close for an extended period of time after a request was made by the state to do so.
With that, those schools will be closed for two weeks which includes spring break.
The earliest possible return for the students will be March 23. The week During this time, there will be no students on campus.
Hutchinson USD 308 Superintendent Mike Folks says they hope to have further updates later this week.
Haven and Buhler were already scheduled off for spring break and they are suspending activities for the week. We previously reported that USD 309 Nickerson-South Hutchinson was taking the week off.
