RENO COUNTY— One person was injured in an accident just after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday in Reno County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2015 Jeep Cherokee driven by 57-year old Valerie L. Harper of Burrton was southbound on Worthington Road just north of Stroud Road when the Jeep left the roadway, struck the bridge rail, rolled and came to rest on its side in the creek.
EMS transported Harper to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
