HUTCHINSON, Kan. — An early Saturday morning warrant service resulted in a large drug seizure over the weekend.
The Hutchinson Police Special Operation Unit served a search warrant in the 800 block of Lincoln at 1:42 a.m. Saturday.
Officers seized over two ounces of cocaine, just under a pound of marijuana, sixteen units of ecstasy, hundred and nine units of amphetamine, two counts of marijuana wax, drug paraphernalia, over $2,200 in cash, and four firearms.
Twenty-one year old Joshua L. Smith was arrested for Possession of Cocaine w/Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana w/Intent to Distribute, Possession of THC Wax w/Intent to Distribute, Possession of THC Cartridges w/Intent to Distribute, Possession of Ecstasy w/Intent to Distribute, Possession of Amphetamine w/Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia w/Intent to Distribute.
