RENO COUNTY, Kan. — A motorcyclist was injured in a Sunday night accident in Reno County.
According to a release from the Reno County Sheriff's Office, around 7:30 p.m. Sunday deputies were sent to U.S. 50 and Sylvia Road for an injury accident.
Thirty-five-year-old Daniel A Oliva Morales of California was eastbound on the highway on his 2017 Harley when a deer entered the roadway and Morales could not avoid it.
Morales was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center to be treated for his injuries. He was wearing a helmet.
